• Modeling of accommodation blocks having lift trunk, Stairways, Elevated Platforms, Dance Floor, Panorama Windows, Mast & Surrounding Structures
• Detailed modeling which includes the assembly codes, position numbers (block & panel wise), shrinkage, excess, bevel, etc.
• Extracting information like (Weight, C.O.G., Area, Codes, Dim., Names and Production Information)
• Nesting of all plates (Block Wise) as per the raw material procurement by the yard. Providing nest sketch of raw plates & all production information for the parts within. Creating generic files to facilitate CNC machine.
• Production drawing for deck, frames, longitudinal, bulkheads and details of different types of connection & cut of stiffeners & flanges, brackets, clips and bevels. Applying different symbols, dimensions and notation as per the Yard’s Standards.
• Generation of client specific material reservation reports for advance procurement.
