• Roger Bailey, age 62, based out of Northowram, Halifax, West Yorkshire, UK, retired as a Director of David Brown Group with Directorial responsibilities of David Brown Corporation in UK, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark and Finland. He started his career in David Brown Engineering Limited in 1990 as a General Manger, Standard Products, Europe. One of his major achievements in this role was turning £3.7m loss into £2.2m profit with no loss of jobs. Between 2000 & 2005 he served as Vice President of Supply Chain Management, Textron Power Transmission, managing staff located in UK, Czech Republic, India, China, USA. He was responsible for outsourced manufacturing of gears and gearbox parts to India, China and Eastern Europe saving UK / Swedish operations by turning loss makers into profitable units. He was involved in selling, consolidating or closing non-profitable operations in UK, Italy, Germany and Sweden and setting up back offices in India for engineering design and CAD software.

• Roger Bailey completed HNC Business Studies with Distinction (1980-1982) and Diploma of Institute of Purchasing and Supply (1983-1984) and is a 6 Sigma Black belt.
• Having travelled across the globe, Roger has deep knowledge of varied cultures and has vast network of suppliers, customers and friends in many countries. His hobbies include Gardening, philately, swimming, walking, history and nature. He is the Member of National Trust, English Heritage, RHS and RSPB, a Friend of Bradford Theatres and Vice Chairman of CREW, cardiac support group.

(Manufacturers of Non-stick Cookware), Director, Umasons Steel Fab pvt ltd, (Manufacturers of stainless steel fabricated machinery and plant for chemical and pharmaceutical industry), Director, Amulet Coatings Pvt Ltd. (Powder coating and painting services to Auto component sector), Director, Marathwada Autocompo Pvt Ltd. (Manufacturers of suspensions)  Director, Umasons Autocompo Pvt ltd, (Makers of Electroplated Accessories for two wheelers, Partner, at Technocraft Toolings & Director, Excel Industries Ltd, Mumbai.
• His Industrial group is credited with development of high heat resistant, non-toxic paints for application in industry and has exported technology to Kenya, Dubai and Ghana
• Ram Bhogale is involved in many social organizations and currently holds positions such as: Member of the Governing Council of Saraswati Bhuvan Education Society, Chairman, Senate member, Govt. College of engineering, Aurangabad, Governing Council member, Govt. • In the past, he has been Chairman of The Marathwada Industries Association (and has represented the association on various Government Bodies), Deogiri Nagari Sahakari Bank Ltd., “Kalasagar” a cultural organization. He has also been a Trustee  to The Mumbai Port Trust, and was on the Managing Committee of Jagtik Marathi Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
• As a young sportsman, Ram Bhogale represented his college, university and district in Cricket, Tennis & Badminton. He has won awards for acting in Marathi 1-act, 3- act plays and debating. Ram Bhogale has an interest in Indian Classical Music and Painting
